Stradscomb and Hoiwell--Sir Edward Wife's Bill.

The Earl of North'ton reported, "That the Committee appointed to consider of Sir Edward Wise's Bill have (fn. 1) met, and have made some small Alterations, which are offered to their Lordships Consideration."

And the said Alterations, being read Twice, were Agreed to, and the Bill ordered to be engrossed.

ORDERED, That the Lord Crewe is added to the Committee for Allowances to Curates.

Sir Henry and Sir James Thynne.

This House having this Day further heard the Cause between Sir Henry Frederick Thynne and Sir James Thynne, by Counsel, at the Bar, upon the whole Merits of the Cause, as it stands stated in the Bill depending in this House:

It is ORDERED, That this House will take into Consideration, on Saturday Morning next, what hath been said, by the Counsel, at the Bar, in this Cause, in order to a Resolution therein.
