Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiance.

Upon the Debate of the Oath of Allegiance Yesterday and this Day, this House is of Opinion, "That nothing hitherto hath been offered to this House, to move their Lordships to alter any Thing in the said Oath."

Roman Catholics Petition about them.

ORDERED, That the Petition of the Romain Catholics shall be read, and taken into Consideration, on Friday Morning next.

E. of Manchester and E. of Northumb. Executors of the E. of Essex, Privilege in the D. of Somerset's Suit against them:

The House being informed, "That the Lord Chamberlain and the Earl of Northumb. are Two of the Executors of the late Earl of Essex, jointly with others who are not Peers; and that there are Proceedings in the Delegates, by the Dutchess of Somersett, against the said Executors, about the Validity of the Will of the said Earl of Essex, which concerns the Interest and Estate of the said Lord Chamberlain and Earl of Northumb."

It is ORDERED, That the Proceedings in the Delegates, since the Sitting of this Parliament, in this Cause, be discharged; and that all further Proceedings shall be stayed during the Time of the Privilege of Parliament.
