ORDERED, That the Trustees, Surveyors, Registers, Treasurers, Comptrollers, and Accomptants, and other Officers under the said Trustees late fitting at Drury House, do forthwith deliver to the Earl of Derby, or his Assigns, all Writings and Evidences concerning his or his Father's Estate.
D for Lord Craven.
ORDERED, That the Lord Craven shall have the like Order.
ORDERED, That the Earl of Monmouth be added to the Earl of Cleveland's Committee.
Act to confirm the Privileges of Parliament, and fundamental Laws.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the Confirmation and future Preservation of the Privileges of Parliament, and of the fundamental Laws made for Conservation of the Lives, Liberties, and Properties of the Subjects."
ORDERED, That the aforesaid Bill be committed to the Consideration of these Lords following:
Their Lordships, or any Five; to meet on Monday next, in the Afternoon, at Three a Clock, in the Prince's Lodgings.

Upon Motion this Day by the Lord Craven, "That Thomas Allen, and Joseph, and George Harrison, (fn. 1) have submitted themselves to the Order of this House, made in his Lordship's Case:"

E. of Bristol's Order for Recovery of his Goods, &c.
ORDERED, That the Earl of Bristoll shall have the Order of this House, for Discovery and Recovering of his Goods, taken from him in the Time of the late Wars.
Rawlinson and Doctor Wylde, concerning the Rectory of Lambeth.
Upon reading the Petition of John Rawlinson, Rector of Lambeth; desiring, "to be heard, touching the Order lately made and granted to Doctor Wylde, being (fn. 2) alledged to be made upon Misinformation:"
It is ORDERED, That the Petitioner shall be heard, on Friday next, in the Afternoon, before the Lords Committees for Petitions, what he can say therein; and that the Lords do make Report to this House, if they see Cause.

The Messengers sent Yesterday with the Message to the House of Commons return with this Answer:
That they will send an Answer, by Messengers of their own.
Message from thence, concerning Writings belonging to Peers.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Holles; which is in Answer to their Lordships Message Yesterday, touching the Delivery of Writings and Evidences in the Hands of their Clerk.
The House of Commons have examined their Clerk, what Writings and Evidences are in his Hands, which belong to the House of Peers; and he knows of none: Therefore they desire their Lordships to give any Instance in particular what Writings their Lordships do mean; and they will consider thereof, and return a further Answer.
Lords to attend the King into the City, to Dinner.
The Lord Chamberlain acquainted the House, "That the King intends to go into the City of London Tomorrow, to Dinner, in His Coach; and the City intends with their own Guards to attend upon His Majesty from Whitehall into London. And His Majesty leaves it to the Lords, how they will go."
The Lords resolved to go in a Body, as a House, with their Speaker; and every Lord's Coach to go with Two Horses, in their Degrees: And to meet here Tomorrow Morning, at Eight of the Clock; and to go to Whitehall, and from thence wait upon the King into London.
Order to prevent Carts, &c. in the Streets leading to this House.
ORDERED, That the Justices and other Officers in Westm. do take special Care, that no Coach, Cart, or Dray, stand or come into the Streets and Passage between the House of Peers and Whitehall, on Thursday the 5th of this Instant July, between the Hours of Seven and Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
E. of Sterling's Witnesses.
ORDERED, That Edward Andrewes, Alexander Sympson, and John Paul, do attend the Lords in Parliament, as Witnesses in the Cause of the Lord Sterlinge and others, on Friday next; at Nine of the Clock in the Morning, being the 6th of this Instant July. Hereof they are not to fail, at their Perils.
Order for Delivery of Writings, &c. to L. Craven.
ORDERED, That the Lord Craven or his Agents are hereby impowered to require, and take into their Possession, all Writings, Evidences, Books, Court Rolls, and Papers whatsoever, in Gourny House, Drury House, Worcester House, or elsewhere, which do any wife belong or appertain to the said Lord Craven, concerning his Estate, in any Way whatsoever: And hereof all Sequestrators, Trustees, Committee-men, Surveyors, Clerks, and other Persons whatsoever, are to take Notice (fn. 3), and give their Obedience accordingly.
