Robert Watson of Whitby taking a note [bill of exchange] for same
on one Ashby who was concerned in Victualling the Navy and to
whom a very great debt was owing from the King, whereupon
direction was given that the bill should be dormant; and that not
knowing thereof petitioner returned a further 200l. by a bill of 100l.
on said Ashby and of 100l. on one Smith and is now likely to be
