Lloyd versus Cardy.

The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of the Cause wherein William Lloyd Esquire is Appellant, and John Cardy Respondent:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Monday the Twentieth Day of this Instant May, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Luke versus Christie.

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Jane Luke Spinster, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Two and Twentieth Day of February last, on the Behalf of Shem Bridges, Samuel Christie, James Tooth, Henry Southouse, William Faldoe, and John Faldoe, Executors of Thomas Christie; and praying the Reversal of the said Decree; as also upon the Answers of Shem Bridges, Samuel Christie, James Tooth, Henry Southouse, William Faldoe, and John Faldoe, put in thereunto; and due Consideration of what was offered thereupon:

It is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Jane Luke shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree therein complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.

Sir J. Tily versus Wharton.

The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of the Cause, wherein Sir Joseph Tily and his Wife are Appellants, and William Wharton and his Wife Respondents:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Friday the Sixteenth Day of this Instant May, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
