ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Friday the Second Day of May next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Kirkby versus Ormsby.
The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing the Cause wherein Temperance Kirkby Spinster, Executrix of Dame Jane Ormsby, is Appellant, and Gilbert Ormsby Respondent:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Tuesday the Sixth Day of May next, at Eleven a Clock.
Luke versus Christie & al.
The House being also moved, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of the Cause wherein Jane Luke is Appellant, and Samuel Christie and others are Respondents:"

Countess of Anglesey's Bill for a Separation.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for separating James Earl of Anglesey from Katherine Countess of Anglesey his Wife, for the Cruelty of the said Earl."
After some Time, the House was resumed.
And the Lord North and Grey reported, "That the Committee had made some further Progress in the Bill; and desire another Day may be appointed, for them to proceed therein."
ORDERED, That this House shall be put into a Committee again, to proceed on the said Bill, on Wednesday next, at Twelve a Clock; and no other Business to intervene.
It being proposed, "To adjourn the House to Wednesday next:"
The Question was put, "Whether the House shall be adjourned to Saturday next?"
It was Resolved in the Negative.
