Faweoner's Bill.

The Lord Viscount Longueville reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the vesting several Messuages, Lands, and Tenements, belonging to John Fawconer Esquire, in Trustees, to be sold, for Payment of Debts," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

City of London, Bill.

The Lord Viscount Longueville also reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for transferring a Trust in Lands belonging to the City of London unto new Trustees," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which were read Twice, and agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Lofland et al. Nat. Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Adrian Lofland and others."

Count. of Anglesey's Bill for a Separation.

After reading several Depositions of the Witnesses taken for the Earl of Anglesey, their signing thereof, and examining Samuel Hewett on Behalf of the said Earl:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Samuel Hewet and John James Heidegger (who was formerly examined, but not now present) do attend this House on Monday next, to hear their Depositions read; and that Copies of the Depositions this Day read to the Witnesses be delivered to either Party; and, on Tuesday next, this House will hear the Counsel to sum up the Evidence on either Side, in order to proceed on the said Bill; and all the Lords summoned to attend.

E. Kildare versus Sir Arthur Shaen.

The House being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for Sir Arthur Shaen Baronet to put in his Answers to the Appeal of John Earl of Kildare; and also the Appeal of Will'm Hancock and Leonard Hatfield Esquires, which were brought into this House the last Parliament:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Sir Arthur Shaen do peremptorily answer to the said Appeals on or before Saturday the Fifth Day of April next, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Box's Bill.

Whereas Tuesday next was appointed for this House to be put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act to dissolve the Marriage of Ralph Box with Elizabeth Eyre, and to enable him to marry again:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall be put into a Committee, in order to proceed thereupon, on Wednesday next, at Eleven of the Clock.
