Aug. 10. Royal letters patent constituting Sir Clement Cotterell as Master of the Ceremonies with the fee or stipend of 200l. per an.: during pleasure: as amply as his grandfather Sir Charles Cotterell or his father Sir Clement Cotterell: to be computed and paid as from July 9 last.
