The Lord Viscount Longueville reported from the Lords Committees, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Sale of several Western Manors and Lands, the Estate of Arthur Lacy Esquire, for discharging a Mortgage thereupon; and for laying out the Surplus-money in the Purchase of Demesne Lands, to be settled to the same Uses," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of several Western Manors and Lands, the Estate of Arthur Lacy Esquire, for discharging a Mortgage thereupon; and for laying out the Surplusmoney in the Purchase of Demesne Lands, to be settled to the same Uses."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice, the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

Carroll versus Sir Maurice Eustace.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein James Caroll is Appellant, and Sir Maurice Eustace Respondent; as also the Cause wherein Sir Maurice Eustace is Appellant, and the said James Caroll Respondent, on Saturday the 16th Day of this Instant March, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Lane and Wood versus Nicoll.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Ralph Lane and Edward Wood are Appellants, and Charles Nicoll and Richard Young Respondents, on Friday the Fifteenth Day of this Instant March, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.

D of Norfolk's Bill for a Divorce.

The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act to dissolve the Duke of Norfolk's Marriage with the Lady Mary Mordant, and to enable him to marry again."

And, after having heard Counsel upon the Dutchess of Norfolk's Petition, pursuant to the Order Yesterday, the Lords acquainted them with their Resolution touching the Re-payment of the Dutchess's Portion.

Then the House was resumed.

And the Lord Herbert reported, "That the Committee had made some Progress in the Bill; and desire another Day may be appointed, for them to proceed thereon."

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall be put into a Committee again, to proceed on the Bill, intituled, "An Act to dissolve the Duke of Norfolk's Marriage with the Lady Mary Mordant, and to enable him to marry again," on Monday next, at Twelve of the Clock.
