Treasurer Southampton's warrant to Hamlett Borer, of Petworth, co. Sussex, gent., to take an account from the tenants etc. of the estates of William Cawley, John Downes, Thomas Pride, Robert Titchborne and Edmund Harvey, who stand attainted for high treason: and thereupon to make a particular of the rents and arrears thereof and an inventory of the personal estate and to make sale of said personal estate and to certify same to the Lord Treasurer. Feb. 20. Treasurer Southampton's reference to the Surveyor General of Crown Lands of the petition of George Owen, York Herald, for a lease of Milton Mill, co. Pembroke. Ibid, p. 2.

Treasurer Southampton's warrant to the Clerk of the Pipe for a lease to Elizabeth Bindlos of a lease (at 35l. 16s. 0d. per an. rent and fine of 120l.) of the four late prebends in the collegiate church of Auckland, co. Durham, of which John Greathead, John Phillipson, Richard Hobson and Leonard Melmorly were incumbents. Ibid.
