Treasury warrant to the Surveyor General of Crown Lands for a particular of the tolls and tallages in the counties of Cumberland and Westmorland in order to a lease thereof to Joseph Musgrave.
Prefixing: said Surveyor's report on said Musgrave's petition for same. The former grant was in 1671 to Sir Philip Musgrave as fully as Thomas Warcupp, William Compton, the late Earl of Berks or any other predecessor therein. In the Parliament Survey the premises were in possession of the Earl of Berks at 40l. per an. and were valued at 60l. per an and included the tolls and tallage of beasts or cattle and the profit arising by the export and the import of any neat sheep or other cattle out of Ireland or Scotland into or out of Cumberland and Westmorland.
