E. North'ton Privilege, versus Wilson & al. for fishing in the River Neine, within his Manor.

The Lord Herbert reported from the Lords Committees for Privileges, "That they had heard Counsel and Witnesses, as well for Joseph Wilson, George Palmer, Francis Wells, Robert Granbrough, William Whitworth, and John Pettyt, as for the Earl of North'ton; and their Lordships are of Opinion, that the said Joseph Wilson and the several other Persons abovenamed are guilty of a Breach of the said Earl's Privilege."

To which the House agreed; and ORDERED, That the Petition of the said Joseph Wilson, George Palmer, Francis Wells, Robert Granbrough, William Whitworth, and John Pettyt, shall be, and is hereby, rejected.

Colchester Channel, for cleansing, Bill.

The Earl of Bridgewater reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act for cleansing and making navigable the Channel from The Heith at Colchester, to Wivenhoo," as fit to pass, with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to.

Sir Symon Leach versus Thompson, in Error.

ORDERED, That this House will hear the Errors argued, upon the Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein Sir Symon Leach and others are Plaintiffs, and Thomas Thompson is Defendant, To-morrow, the First Business, at Twelve of the Clock.

Slaughter & al. to import Italian Thrown Silk, Bill.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Paris Slaughter, William Druce, Merchants, and Dame Elizabeth Chapman, to import several Bales of fine Italian Thrown Silk into this Kingdom."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice, the Lords have agreed to the said Bill, without any Amendment.

The Earl of Bridgewater reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to execute Judgements and Decrees saved in a Clause in an Act of the First Year of the Reign of King William and Queen Mary, intituled, An Act for taking away the Court holden before the President and Council of the Marches of Wales," as fit to pass, without any Amendment.
