Pembroke, and called Fyr Prioll alias Prior, formerly parcel of the posessions of the College of St. Davids, co. Pembroke, and late in the tenure of Thomas Price, esq., of the value of 6s. 8d. per an.; a piece of meadow ground containing an acre in the parish of Fishguard, commonly called Gwer Gleddy Brenin, parcel of St. Dogmell's Abbey, of the value of 2s. per an.; a decayed stone weir called Gored Gunda, in the parish of Llanwnda, of the yearly value of 1s. all which last mentioned parcels were granted to said John Lewis by said lease to be recovered within five years, but were not so recovered and are still concealed from the Crown; all the tenement called Tythen Mak Gwyn, containing 14 acres; land in Trevilioe [Trefeilir], containing 10½ acres; a parcel called Drill rung gorredy Bohlog aryskybor wen, containing three acres; a parcel on the north abutting on Ellenverch Williams house, containing 1½ acres; a parcel of land within a tenement of one Llidgoz, containing 9½ acres; a parcel abutting on the lands of Meredd ap Ken ap Philipp on the one side and the highway on the other, containing 1 acre; the sixth part of Gonetts mill: all lying in Trevilos and Trefdraeth Destinied, in co. Anglesea, and granted to Richard Jones, gent., 1672, June 17, for 31 years: Ibid, pp. 371–3.
that petitioner as trustee for the said lessees or their assigns is content to be at the charge of recovering said unrecovered parcels to the Crown within five years and to repair said decayed weir and to answer the usual rents of the other premises to the King; therefore prays a lease of the premises at the usual rents in trust for the tenants in possession, but prays that all the parcels may be comprised in one lease as they are of small value and not worth the cost of separate leases.

Dornell and Major Shewell seized the ship and goods, made themselves judges and without calling in a jury condemned the ship and goods, nor would they sell same to petitioner at their own appraisal: therefore prays satisfaction for such loss and cruel usage. Ibid, pp. 380–1.
