King's Bench in Hilary Term, 14 James I [A.D. 1616–17].
The said Henry Spatchurst and Edward came upon indictment
and pleaded not guilty, therefore handed over in bail to the next.
The said Robert came likewise and was handed over in bail to
prosecute the traverse.
