E of Montague versus E. of Bath.

Upon reading the Petition of Ralph Earl of Montagu; shewing, "That, the First Day of the last Term, the Earl of Bath resumed his Privilege, contrary to his Agreement; and praying, that he may be at Liberty to proceed at Law against the said Earl of Bath:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Earl of Bath may have a Copy of the said Petition; and do put in his Answer thereunto, in Writing, on Monday the Tenth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Count. of Inchiquin versus L. Howard.

After hearing Counsel this Day, upon the Petition of Elizabeth Countess Dowager of Inchiquin; as also upon the Answer of the Lord Howard of Escrick put in thereunto:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Chancellor shall report what was offered thereupon, on Friday the Seventh Day of this Instant January, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
