The Lord Lawarr reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Edward Leigh Esquire and Jane his Wife, and their Trustees, to sell the Manors of Waxham and Horsey, and certain Lands and Tenements, in the County of Norfolke; and to purchase and settle other Lands to the same Uses," as sit to pass, with some Amendments.
Which, being read Twice, were agreed to.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable Edward Leigh Esquire and Jane his Wife, and their Trustees, to sell the Manors of Waxham and Horsey, and certain Lands and Tenements in the County of Norfolke; and to purchase and settle other Lands to the same Uses."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shal pass, with the Amendments?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Message to H. C. with Amendments to it.
A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cooke and Mr. Meredith:

Knott's Bill.
The Earl of Rochester reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to sell an Estate in Bread-street, London, for Payment of the Debts of William Knott Esquire; and settle another Estate, of better Value, in Lieu thereof," as sit to pass, with some Amendments.
Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.
Milson's Bill.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for vesting certain Messuages, Lands, and Tenements, late of Charles Milson, deceased, in Trustees, to sell for Payment of Debts and Legacies; and lay out the Surplus-money in a Purchase of Lands, for the Use of Edward Milson and his Heirs, according to the Will of the said Charles Milson."
Vexatious Suits, to prevent, Bill.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House shall be put into a Committee, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act to prevent frivolous and vexatious Suits," on Tuesday next, at Eleven of the Clock; and that Mr. Justice Eyre and Mr. Justice Powell do then attend.
India Silks, &c. to prohibit, Bill.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act to restrain the wearing of all Wrought Silks and Bengalls imported into this Kingdom from Persia and East India, and all Callicoes printed or stained there."
After some Time, the House was resumed.
And the Lord Cornwallis reported, "That they had made some Progress in the Bill; and desire another Day may be appointed, to proceed therein; and that some of the Judges do then attend."
ORDERED, That on Monday next, at Eleven of the Clock, this House shall be put into a Committee, to proceed further on the said Bill; and that all the Lords, and some of the Judges, be summoned then to attend.
Fallowes' Bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable William Fallowes, an Infant, to sell an Estate, in the County of Chester, to pay Debts secured by Mortgages."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of the said Bill be committed to the Lords following; (videlicet,)
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Tuesday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.
