Devink to be head against the Bill for Relief of Creditors in Cases of Bankruptcy.

Upon reading the Petition of John Devink and Samuel Watts, on Behalf of themselves and others, Creditors of George Briggs and Alexander Hume Bankrupts; praying to be heard, by their Counsel, to the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Relief of Creditors, by making Compositions with their Debtors, in case Two Thirds in Number and Value do agree:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioners shall be heard, by their Counsel, as desired, on Thursday next, at Eleven of the Clock; and any other Persons who shall think themselves concerned in the said Bill.
