Upon reading the Petition of James Fell, Keeper of Newgate, now Prisoner in The Gatehouse Westm'r, by Order of this House; shewing, "That he is really and heartily sorry for his Offence; and humbly begs Pardon for the same:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said James Fell shall be, and he is hereby, discharged from the Restraint he now lies under, paying his Fees; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.
To the Keeper of The Gatehouse Westm'r, his Deputies or Turnkeys, and every of them.
Sir J. Hanham's Bill.
The Bill, intituled, "An Act for vesting the Manor of Holme, alias East Holme, and other Lands of Sir John Hanham Baronet, in the County of Dorset, in Trustees, to be sold, for discharging a Mortgage thereupon, and Payment of his other Debts," being reported from the Committee:
And after some Debate;
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Bill shall be recommitted to the same Committee as before; who are to report to this House what Debts are intended to be paid by this Act, by whom contracted, and on what Securities they stand; which Committee is to meet on Tuesday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Whitaker and others:
To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the Settlement of the Manor of Treyagoe, in the County of Hereford, and other the Lands late of Crompton Mynors Esquire deceased; and for raising and increasing of the Portion of Theodosia Mynors, the Daughter of the said Crompton, the being an Insant of the Age of Seventeen Years;" to which they have agreed, without any Amendment.
A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Conyers and others:
Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act to attaint such of the Persons concerned in the late horrid Conspiracy to assassinate His Majesty's Royal Person, who are fled from Justice, unless they render themselves to Justice; and for continuing several others of the said Conspirators in Custody;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.
Kettle versus Townshend.
Upon reading the Petition of Elizabeth Kettle; praying, "That Joseph White, of Drury Lane, Turner, may be permitted to enter into a Recognizance for her, upon her Appeal depending in this House, to which Edward Townshend is Respondent:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Joseph White may enter into a Recognizance for the Petitioner, as desired.
Tilley versus Richardson.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein John Tilley is Appellant, and Thomas Richardson Respondent, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Thursday the One and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that the said John Tilley do enter into a Recognizance within Four Days after Notice hereof.
Dutchess of Norff. Ly. Mary Fenwick, & al. heard upon Oath.
The House this Day having heard the Lady Mary Fenwick, the Dutchess of Norfolke, Mrs. Lawson, and Mrs. Symons, upon Oath, in relation to some Papers delivered into this House, the Two and Twentieth of December last, by the Lady Mary Fenwick:
