Eastmond versus Sandyes:

After hearing Counsel, upon the Petition and Appeal of Joseph Eastmond and Samuel Nayle Defendants, in His Majesty's Court of Exchequer, to a Bill there exhibited against them, by Edwin Sandyes Clerk, Complainant, from a Decree made in the said Court, the Six and Twentieth Day of May last; as also upon the Answer of the said Edwyn Sandyes put in thereunto; and due Consideration had thereupon:

Decree affirmed, with Costs.

It is this Day ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Joseph Eastmond and Samuell Nayle shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree, complained of in the said Petition and Appeal, shall be, and is hereby, affirmed: And it is further ORDERED, That the Petitioners Joseph Eastmond and Samuel Nayle shall pay, or cause to be paid, unto the said Edwin Sandyes, the Sum of Ten Pounds, for his Costs.

State of the Bank.

Whereas this Day was appointed for the House to be put into a Committee, to consider further of the State and Condition of the Bank of England:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the House shall be put into a Committee, to consider thereof, on Friday the Eighteenth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Lady Mary Fenwick to have a Maid Servant in Prison.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lady Mary Fenwick may have a Maid Servant to attend her in Prison; and that on Tuesday next, when Sir John Fenwick shall be brought to this House, then the Lady Fenwick and her Servant may be at Liberty.
