Petition from Ann, relict of Henry Viscount Bellomont, for a lease of the manor of Tinten, co. Cornwall, on a reference from the King of the 30th ult. With Southampton's determination hereupon as follows. "This petition being for a lease of a mannor which your Majesty knowes is contrary to my instruccons I humbly certify I cannot breake them for any respect and therefore must returne the petitioner with submission to your Majesty's wisdom."
