M. Normanby versus D. of Devon, for Waiver of Privilege.

Upon reading this Day the Petition of John Marquis of Normanby; as also the Answer of his Grace the Duke of Devonsh'r put in thereunto:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, at the Bar, on Wednesday the Five and Twentieth Day of this Instant November, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon, as to such Matters of Fact as have passed in relation to the waiving of Privilege, in a Cause depending in Chancery, between the Marquis of Normanby, the Lord Berkeley of Stratton, and his Grace the Duke of Devonsh'r.

Adjourn.
