A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Solicitor Summers and others:
Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An additional Act for appointing Commissioners for the executing an Act of this present Parliament, intituled, An Act for a Grant to Their Majesties of an Aid of Twelve Pence in the Pound, for One Year, for the necessary Defence of Their Realms;" to which they desire their Lordships Concurrence.
2. He was appointed to put their Lordships in Mind of Two Bills formerly sent up:
1. The Bill for ordering the Forces of the several Counties of the Kingdom.
2. The Bill for attainting several Persons now in Rebellion against Their Majesties.
