Bernardiston versus Regem, in Error.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued on Tuesday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, wherein Sir Samuell Bernadiston is Plaintiff, and Their Majesties are Defendants.
And it is further ORDERED, That Their Majesties Counsel have Notice hereof.
ORDERED, That the Lord Grey de Ruthin hath Leave to go into the Country for some Time.
Agutter versus Collins.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar, upon the Petition of Nathaniell Agutter and Mary his Wife, complaining of a Dismission of their Bill, in the Court of Chancery, by the late Lord Chancellor Jeffryes in June 1686, and other Things in the Petition set forth; as also upon the Answer of Samuell Collins Gentleman, Jane Collins Widow, Anne and Margarett Collins, put in thereunto:
After due Consideration, on either Part, by Counsel thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition of Nathaniell Agutter and Mary his Wife be, and is hereby, dismissed this House.
Adjourn.
