Feb. 6. The Council of State to the Governor and Council of Barbadoes Have received their letter of 8th Sept. last, with an account of their submission to Parliament and their resolution to continue faithful thereto. The late interruption to proceedings in Parliament, and God's signal presence in again restoring them to their freedom.
