Feb. 5 Order of the Council of State. For a warrant to Ant. Danzie, Rich. Alye, Robt. Knightley, and Thos. Parrys, merchants, to export to Barbadoes 900 dozen of shoes and five tons of cheese, upon paying the usual customs. [Ibid., Vol. CIII., p. 664.]

Feb. 14. 35. Petition of Martin Noell, merchant, to the Council [of State]. There being great want of draught horses in Barbadoes, whereby many of the sugar mills there stand still, prays for licence to transport 100 horses, upon payment of the usual duties.

Osborne if he see cause, and report thereon to his Highness "with the most speedy opportunity;" copies of the petition, remonstrance and examination to be sent to the Gov. of Barbadoes.
