Commission of Philip Earl of Pembroke and Montgomery, Edward Earl of Manchester, William Viscount Say and Sele, Philip Lord Wharton, John Lord Roberts, Sir Gilbert Gerard, Sir Arthur Hesilrig, Sir Henry Vane, junior, Sir Benjamin Rudyerd, John Pym, Oliver Cromwell, Dennis Bond, Miles Corbet, Cornelius Holland, Samuel Vassall, John Rolles, and William Spurstowe, nominated by Parliament Commissioners for Plantations, appointing Sir Thos. Warner, resident in the island of St. Christopher, Governor and Lieut-General of the Caribbee Islands, under Robert Earl of Warwick, Governor-in-Chief of all the Plantations in America. [Copy.]
