Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Sale of Lands in Horsington, in the County of Somerset, Part of the Estate of Christopher Ridout, an Infant, for Payment of Incumbrances charged thereon; and for preserving the Residue of the said Estate for the Infant."
The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cooke and Sir Richard Holford:

Sir Cæsat Wood, alias Cranmer, versus Webb.
After hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Sir Cesar Wood, alias Cranmer, Knight, from a Decree of the Court of Chancery, made the Seventeenth Day of December One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-five, in a Cause wherein Thomas Webb was Complainant, against the said Sir Cesar Wood, alias Cranmer, Defendant; as also upon the Answer of the said Thomas Webb put in thereunto:
After due Consideration of what was offered thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Sir Cesar Wood, alias Cranmer, shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Seventeenth Day of December, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-five, on Behalf of the said Thomas Webb, shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.
Adjourn.
