Norwood versus Norwood.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause, wherein John Norwood is Appellant, and Thomas Norwood Respondent, on Friday the Sixth Day of March next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

St. James's Parish Bill.

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable the Parish of St. James, within the Liberties of the City of Westm'r, to raise (upon themselves) so much Money as will discharge their Debt, for building their Parish Church, Rector's House, Vestry, and other public Works there."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Message to H. C. with Amendments to it.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Miles Cooke and Sir John Francklyn:

To return the said Bill, and desire their Concurrence to the Amendments.

St. Lawrence Old Jewry, Bill.

The Earl of Rochester reported from the Committee, the Bill, intituled, "An Act to ascertain and settle the Payment of the Impropriate Tithes of the Parish of St. Lawrence Old Jewry, in London, to the Master and Scholars of Ballioll Colledge in Oxford, and confirming an Award made concerning the same," with some Amendments.

Which, being read Twice, were agreed to.

Bill to continue the Acts for prohibiting Trade with France, and for Encouragement of Privateers:

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for continuing the Acts for prohibiting all Trade and Commerce with France, and for the Encouragement of Privateers."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass, with the Amendments?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Whereas this Day was appointed for hearing of the Cause, wherein Sir Cesar Wood, alias Cranmer, is Appellant, and Thomas Webb Respondent:
