Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Henry de Nassau, and other Children of Henry de Nassau Seigneur de Auverquerke;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for naturalizing Henry de Nassau, and other Children of Henry de Nassau Seigneur de Auverquerke."

Sir Wm. Barkham's Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for making good the last Will of Sir William Barkham Baronet deceased, and vesting of Lands in Trustees, to be sold, for Payment of his Debts, and making Provision for his Children."

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That Sir Wm. Barkham's Bill, and the Bill for naturalizing Solomon Eyme and others, shall be referred to the same Committee, to whom the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enabling Trustees to sell the "Manor of Pespoole, in the County of Durham, Part of the Estate of Wm. Mitford an Instant, for Payment of Debts and Incumbrances charged thereon, and for preserving the rest of the said Instant's Estate," is referred.

Upon reading the Petition of William Oldys Doctor of Laws; praying, "That a Day may be appointed for hearing of the Errors argued, upon a Writ of Error depending in this House, to which Charles Domville is Defendant:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Errors argued thereupon, on Thursday the Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Poor Prisoners for Relief of, Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for Relief of poor Prisoners for Debt or Damages."

ORDERED, That the said Bill be read the Second Time on Monday the Seventeenth Day of this Instant February, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
