15 January, 24 Charles I.— It is ordered by this Court, That Nicholas Rowes, Robert Tereman, William Benson and William Ippesley, whoe keepe common alehouses in the King's high wayes neare Hide Parke, in places where the Courts of Waurd (?) were kept, shall not any longer keepe the sayd houses for that purpose, but be utterly suppressed in respect of the manyfold disorders and dangerous attempts, that are daylie committed in the same.
