Insolvent Debtors, Distribution of Estates, Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for an equal Distribution of insolvent Debtors Estates."

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Judges do prepare and bring in a Bill, on Friday next, at Eleven of the Clock, to prevent the present Inconveniences in distributing Bankrupts Estates; and that the said Bill be not read until after that Day.

State of the Nation.

The Order being read, for taking into Consideration the State of the Nation; the House went into Debate thereof.

And, after some Time spent therein,

Bank of England.

This Question was put, "Whether a Day shall be appointed, to take into Consideration the Debate concerning the Bank of England?"

It was Resolved in the Negative.

Message from H. C. with a Bill.

A Message from the House of Commons, by Mr. Price and others:

Who brought up a Bill, intituled, "An Act for exempting Apothecaries from serving the Offices of Constable, Scavenger, and other Parish and Ward Offices, and from serving upon Juries;" to which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Warwick Town, for rebuilding, &c. Bill.

Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the re-building the Town of Warwick, and for determining Differences touching Houses burnt or demolished by reason of the late dreadful Fire there."

Lancashire Plot; Trials, &c. of Persons concerned in, to be considered.

It being moved, "That a Day may be appointed for the Examination of the Proceedings relating to the late Trials in Lancashire:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Monday next, at Eleven of the Clock, this House shall take into Consideration the Proceedings in respect of the Prosecutions concerning the said Trials; and that the Warrants of Commitment of the Persons there tried be then produced; and the Judges, King's Counsel, and Solicitors, who were at those Trials, do then attend; as also the Counsel that were present on the Behalf of the Prisoners.

State of the Fleet to be considered.

It being moved, "That a Day may be appointed to consider the State of the Fleet:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the House shall proceed in Consideration of the State of the Fleet on Tuesday next, at Eleven of the Clock; and that Sir George Rooke, Sir John Hubland, Mr. Priestman, and One of the Secretaries of the Admiralty, do then attend; as also John Agar Esquire, One of the Commissioners of the Victualling-office.
