Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for the vesting certain Lands and Tenements, the Estate of George Gilbert Peirce, of The Middle Temple, London, Esquire, in Trustees, for the raising Monies for the Payment of his Debts."

Duvall versus Price, in Error.

Upon reading the Petition of Edward Price Esquire' Defendant in a Writ of Error depending in this House, wherein John Duvall Esquire is Plaintiff; praying a Day may be appointed for arguing of the Errors thereupon assigned:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Errors argued, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Wednesday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

Phillips versus Bury, in Error.

After hearing Counsel, at the Bar, to argue the Errors assigned, upon a Writ of Error brought into this House, from Their Majesties Court of King's Bench, the Twentieth Day of November, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-four, wherein Judgement is entered for Arthur Bury, against Robert Phillips:

Judgement reversed:

Upon due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel thereupon, it is this Day ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Judgement given in the Court of King's Bench for the said Arthur Bury against the said Robert Phillips, shall be, and is hereby, reversed.

Protest against it.

The Tenor of which Judgement, to be affixed to the Record to be remitted, followeth; (videlicet,)

Parliament. præd. nunc hic, quod in Record. & Process. præd. ac etiam in Redditione Judic. præd. manifeste est Errat.; cons. est, quod Judic. præd. ob Error. præd. et al. in Record. et Process. existen. revocetur, adnulletur, et penitus pro nullo habeatur; et quod præd. Rob'tus Phillips ad omnia quæ ipse Occasione Judic. præd. amisit restituatur, &c.
