After hearing Counsel this Day, to a Clause marked (B), added by the House of Commons, on the Behalf of Francis Lee Esquire, to the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Payment of the Debts of John Lord Stawell, lately deceased;" the House disagreed to the said Clause; and named the Committee following, to draw Reasons, to be offered at a Conference with the Commons, concerning the same:

Messages from H. C. to return Brewer's and Brent's Bills.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Brewer and others:
To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the vesting the Third Part of the Manor of Leckby, alias Letby, and others, in the County of Yorke, in Trustees, to be sold; and for settling a Farm and other Lands, in Terling and Much Leighs, in the County of Essex, of greater Value, to and upon the same Uses;" to which they have agreed, with some Amendments, whereunto they desire the Concurrence of this House.
Which Amendments, being read Twice, were agreed to; and ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice thereof.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir John Bowles and others:
To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act to enable Trustees to sell Part of the Estate of Nathan'l Brent Gentleman, deceased, to raise Money, for Payment of his Debts, and Maintenance of his Children, who are Infants;" to which they have agreed, with some Amendments.
Which, being read Twice, were agreed to; and ORDERED, That the Commons have Notice thereof.
Small Tithes, for more easy Recovery of, Bill.
Then the adjourned Debate, on Saturday last, was resumed, upon re-committing of the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the more easy Recovery of Small Tithes."
And, after some Time spent therein, it is ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be recommitted to a Committee of the whole House, presently.
Then the House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee upon the said Bill.
And, after some Time, the House was resumed.
And the Lord Bishop of London reported, "That the Committee had made some Progress in the Bill; and desire another Time may be appointed, for them to sit again."
ORDERED, That the House shall be put into a Committee again, upon the said Bill, To-morrow, at Eleven of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Dutchy of Cornwall, Bill to enable Their Majesties to make Grants of.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the House shall be put into a Committee, upon the Bill, intituled, "An Act for enabling Their Majesties to make Grants, Leases, and Copies of Offices, Lands, and Hereditaments, Parcel of Their Dutchy of Cornwall, or annexed to the same, and for Confirmation of Leases and Grants already made," on Wednesday next, at Eleven of the Clock.
Warner versus North.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause, upon the Petition of Lee Warner Appellant, against William North, put in thereunto, on Tuesday the Tenth Day of this Instant April, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
