[1228–9] Grant and confirmation by Richard prior and convent of the grant which Nicholas and Walter sons of Edmund son of Gerard made to John Travers, citizen, of certain lands and houses which are of the fee of the canons in the parish of St. Christopher next Cornhull from which a rent of 16s. p.a. is paid to Holy Trinity; John swore fealty to the canons to pay this rent; sealed; witnesses, Martin de Patishill, dean of London, Roger Duce, mayor, [Richard] Renger, Stephen Bukerel, Henry Cokam, sheriffs.
