Ashley versus Jemmatt.

Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Henry Ashley Gentleman, against a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, the Second Day of July, in the Year of our Lord One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety, in a Cause wherein John Jemmat Gentleman and Anne his Wife were Plaintiffs, against the Petitioner Defendant; as also upon the Answer of the said John Jemmat and Anne his Wife put in thereunto:

After due Consideration had of what was offered thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of Henry Ashley shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree in the said Petition complained of shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.

E. of Montagu & al. versus E. of Bath & al.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause wherein the Earl of Montagu and others are Appellants, and the Earl of Bathe and others Respondents, shall be heard, by Counsel, at the Bar, on Wednesday the One and Thirtieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
