Stone versus Bourne.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the Cause wherein Susan Stone is Appellant, and Thomas Bourne Respondent, on Thursday the Six and Twentieth Day of this Instant January, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that the Service of this Order upon the Respondent's Clerk in Chancery shall be good Service: And it is further ORDERED, That the Master in Chancery, to whom this Cause was referred, shall produce, at the Hearing, all such Books, Papers, and Writings, that he hath in his Custody relating thereunto.
Hameldon, Lands, &c. in, for confirming, bill.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for settling and confirming the Manors and Lands in Hameldon, in the County of Rutland, as they are now enjoyed, and have been for divers Years last past, pursuant to an Agreement for enclosing and exchanging of Lands there."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill be committed to the Lords following:
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Saturday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers.

Hurt versus Eyre, and Attorney General of the Dutchy.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Nicholas Hurt Esquire, Elizabeth his Wife, and George Nevill Esquire, from a Decree made in the Court of the Dutchy of Lancaster, in Their Majesties Dutchy Chamber at Westm'r, in a Cause there, between the Attorney General of the said Dutchy, at the Relation of Thomas Eyre Plaintiff, against the said George Nevill then an Infant by his Guardian, and John Low (the Brother) Defendants; as also upon the Answers of Edward Northey Esquire Their Majesties Attorney of their Dutchy of Lancaster, and Thomas Eyre Esquire, put in thereunto:
After due Consideration had of what was offered on either Side thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of the said Nicholas Hurt and others shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree from which they appealed shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.
Williams versus Reade.
Whereas this Day was appointed for hearing the Barons of the Exchequer, upon the Petition of Walter Williams, against Richard Reade, to give their Reasons why the Order of this House, of the Third of January One Thousand Six Hundred and Ninety, was not pursued:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Barons of the Exchequer, Mr. Justice Nevill, and Mr. Justice Gregory do for that Purpose attend this House To-morrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Advice to His Majesty.
The House was adjourned during Pleasure, and put into a Committee, upon Advice to be given to His Majesty.
And, after some Time spent therein, the House was resumed.
