Noyce, E. of Ailesbury's Servant, arrested.
Upon Oath made, at the Bar of this House, "That Robert Noyce, Servant to the Earl of Ailesbury, a Peer of this Realm, was arrested, in Time of Privilege of Parliament, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament, at the Suit of Vincent Head of Stawell in the County of Wilts, Yeoman, and Richard Watts alias Waterman Junior, of Patney in the said County of Wilts, by Mr. Richard Hayes of Aymesbury, Attorney for the said Head and Watts:"
Head, Watts, &c. to be attached.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, his Deputy or Deputies, do forthwith attach the Bodies of the said Vincent Head, Richard Watts, and Richard Hayes, and bring them in safe Custody to the Bar of this House, to answer for their Contempt; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.
To Sir Thomas Duppa Gentleman Usher of the Black Rod attending this House, his Deputy and Deputies, and every of them, and to all Mayors, Sheriffs, Bailiffs, Constables, and other Their Majesties Officers, to be aiding and assisting in the Execution hereof.
Moore & al. versus Coote & al.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of William Moore Esquire, and Elizabeth Countess of Meath his Wife, from and against a Decree in the Court of Chancery, made the Seven and Twentieth Day of January last, in a Cause there depending, wherein Sir Phillips Coote Knight and the Lady Elizabeth his Wife were Complainants, against the Petitioner and others Defendants; as also upon the Answers of Sir Philip Coote and Elizabeth his Wife, and the Lady Katherine Brabason, put in thereunto:
After due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition and Appeal of William Moore Esquire, and Elizabeth Countess of Meath his Wife, shall be, and is hereby, dismissed this House; and that the Decree made on the Behalf of Sir Phillip Coote and the Lady Elizabeth his Wife, on the Seven and Twentieth Day of January last, shall be, and is hereby, affirmed.
E. of Manchester & al. versus L. Brooke.
Whereas Monday the Nineteenth Day of this Instant December was appointed for the Lord Brooke to answer the Petition of the Earl of Manchester; the House being this Day moved, "That a further Time may be allowed for the doing thereof:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Brooke hath hereby Time given him for answering to the said Petition, until Tuesday the Tenth Day of January next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Bayley versus Robion.
Whereas this Day was appointed for Anne Robson to put in her Answer to the Petition and Appeal of Sarah Bayly et al.:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Anne Robson hath hereby Time given her for answering thereunto, until Saturday the Four and Twentieth Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
Hurt versus Eyre, and Attorney General of the Dutchy.
Upon reading the Petition and Appeal of Nicholas Hurt Esquire, and Elizabeth his Wife, Sister and Heir of John Low Esquire deceased, who was Son and Heir of John Low, who was Son and Heir of Edward Low, and of George Nevill Esquire deceased, and Grandson and Heir of Richard Nevill Esquire deceased, from a Decree made in the Court of the Dutchy of Lancaster, in Their Majesties Dutchy Chamber at Westminster, in a Cause there, between the Attorney General of the said Dutchy, at the Relation of Thomas Eyre Plaintiff, against the said George Nevill then an Infant, by his Guardian, and the said John Low the Brother, Defendants; and which said Decree was grounded on a former Decree made in the same Court, in a Cause there, between the Attorney General of the said Court Plaintiff, and the said Edward Low Defendant; and the Petitioners, who have not only the Right and Title under the Grant of King Henry the Eighth, but also under the Grant of King Charles the First to the said Richard Nevill, and also under Sir Thomas Chichley, do pray the Reversal of the said Decree; and that Edward Northey Esquire Their Majesties Attorney General of the Dutchy and the said Thomas Eyre may answer:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Edward Northey and Thomas Eyre may have a Copy of the said Petition and Appeal; and do put in their Answers thereunto, in Writing, on Saturday the Four and Twentieth Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.

The Earl of Bridgewater reported from the Committee, appointed to consider of the Narrative, Papers, Orders, and Book, brought in by the Earl of Nottingham, pursuant to the Address to His Majesty, "That the Committee have perused the Letters and Papers referred to them; and have put the Matters in them contained under several Heads, which they offer to the Consideration of the House."
