Davy et al. versus Courtnay et al.
Upon reading the Petition of Dorothy Davy and others Appellants, praying a Day may be appointed for hearing of their Cause, whereunto Sir Will'm Courtnay Baronet, Richard Osborne, and the Lady Smith, are Respondents; and that the Lady Smith, or the Trustees, may produce the Deed of Assignment mentioned in her Answer in this House, or deliver the Petitioners a Copy thereof, some Time before the Hearing:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, at the Bar, on Thursday the Fifth Day of January next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that, in the mean Time, the said Lady Smith do give the Petitioners a Copy of the said Deed, or produce it at the Time of Hearing aforesaid.
Ld. Villiers's Bill.
The Earl of Bridgewater reported the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the clearing and removing some Doubts, which may arise in an Act of Parliament, intituled, An Act for the vesting several Manors, Lands, and Rents, in the Counties of Lincoln, Berks, and Devon in Trustees, to be sold, for the buying other Manors and Lands, to be settled for the same or the like Uses as those to be sold are now settled," as fit to pass, without any Amendment,
ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be engrossed.

Wycherley versus Mayor & al. of Shrewsbury.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day, at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Daniell Wycherley Esquire, in Behalf of himself and others, the Inhabitants of Clyve and Sansaw, in the County of Salop, and of John Hughes, William Turner, Samuell Orppe, and Thomas Anchors, late Curates of the Chapel of Clyve, in the County of Salop, against an Order of Dismission, made the One and Twentieth Day of November, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one, in Chancery, upon an Information there prosecuted, in the Name of the Attorney General, at the Relation of the Petitioner Daniell Wycherley against the Mayor, Aldermen, and Burgesses of Shrewsbury, and against Andrew Tayler and Robert Forster since deceased; as also upon the Answer of the Mayor, Aldermen, and Burgesses of Salop, put in there. unto:
After due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel thereupon, it is this Day ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Order of Dismission, made in the Court of Chancery, the One and Twentieth Day of November, One Thousand Six Hundred Ninety-one, complained of in the Petition of the said Daniell Wycherley and others, shall be, and is hereby reversed.
