ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to the Lords following:

Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet on Monday next, at Nine of the Clock in the Forenoon, in the Prince's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn as they please.

Bp. of London's Bill.

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act to enable the Bishop of London, and Trustees, to sell the Manor of Bushley, in the County of Worcester, Part of the Bishopric of London; and to purchase other Lands, to be annexed to the said Bishopric, for the Improvement thereof."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Kinnersley's Bill.

Pelham's Bill.

Hodie 3^a vice lecta est Billa, intituled, "An Act for securing, out of the Manors, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments of Charles Pelham of Brookeley, in the County of Lincolne, Esquire, the Sum of Five Thousand Pounds with Interest, and One Thousand Pounds, unto Anne Pelham, Eldest Daughter of the said Charles."

The Question was put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

Grantham's Bill.

The Earl of Rochester reported the Bill, intituled, "An Act for the enabling Vincent Grantham Esquire to lease Part of his Manor of Golthoe in Lincolneshire, for the raising Monies, to pay Portions and Debts charged thereon," without any Amendments.

And the Bill is ordered to be engrossed.

Message from H. C. about the Conference on the Trials for Treason, Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by the Lord Colchester and others:

To acquaint their Lordships, that the Commons do agree to a Free Conference upon the Subject-matter of the last Free Conference.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Christey and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act for Sale of the Manor of Manworthy, with its Appurtenances, in the County of Devon, being the Lands and Estate of Nicholas Martyn Esquire, by Trustees herein after named, for the Payment of the Debts of the said Nicholas Martyn;" (fn. 1) which they have agreed to, without any Amendment.

and Shatterden's and Drax's Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Brewer and others:

To return the Bill, intituled, "An Act to vest the Estate late of Henry Drax Esquire, deceased, in Thomas Shatterden Gentleman; and to enable the said Thomas Shatterden and others, to whom the said Estate is devised, to make a Jointure;" to which they have agreed, without any Amendment.

Zouch versus Ly. Wyld & al.

Upon hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of James Zouch Esquire, from a Decree made in the High Court of Chancery, by the now Lords Commissioners of the Great Seal, in Two Causes; in One of which, Dame Frances Wyld on the Behalf of Anne Zouch the Petitioner's Wife, and she the said Anne, were Plaintiffs, against Daniell Collwall, Sir Thomas Pilkington Knight, and others, Defendants; and in the other Cause Daniell Collwall, Thomas and Elizabeth Collwall, all Infants, by their next Friend were Plaintiffs, against the Petitioner and the said Anne his Wife Defendants, which Causes were heard and decreed the Tenth Day of February last; as also upon hearing Counsel, upon the Answer of Dame Frances Wyld Widow, on the Behalf of Anne Zouch, Wife of James Zouch Esquire, and of the said Anne Zouch; as also upon the Answer of Daniell Collwall, Thomas Collwall, and Elizabeth Collwall, Infants, Three of the Respondents, to the Petition and Appeal of James Zouch Esquire, by Foot Onslow Esquire their next Friend, put in to the said Petition:

After due Consideration had of what was offered by Counsel upon the said Petition and Answers, it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Decree made the Tenth Day of February last, complained of in the Petition and Appeal of James Zouch, shall be, and is hereby, reversed.

D. of Norfolk's Divorce Bill.

Then the Order made Yesterday, "That the Earl of Strafford should open the Bill relating to the Duke of Norfolke," was read.

And his Lordship opened the Bill.

And, after Debate thereupon,

This Question was put, "Whether Counsel shall be heard, on both Sides, on Monday next, on the Bill offered to this House, relating to the dissolving the Marriage of the Duke of Norfolke?"

It was Resolved in the Negative.

Then it was ordered as followeth:

"A Bill having been offered to this House, on the Behalf of the Duke of Norfolke, to dissolve the Marriage between the said Duke and his Dutchess: It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That her Grace shall have Notice thereof; and may be heard, by her Counsel, at the Bar of this House, on Tuesday next, at Twelve of the Clock, what she hath to object against the receiving of the said Bill; at which Time the said Duke may also be heard, by his Counsel, for the said Bill, if he shall think fit."
