Lords take the Oaths.
These Lords following took the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, and made and subscribed the Declaration, in Pursuance of the Act for the more effectual preserving the King's Person and Government, by disabling Papists from sitting in either House of Parliament:

Committee to receive Informations concerning the Plot.
Lords Committees appointed to receive all Informations tending to the Discovery of the late horrid Plot and Conspiracy against His Majesty's Person and Government; and to report.
Their Lordships, or any Five of them; to meet at Four of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Lord Chancellor's Lodgings near the House of Peers; and to adjourn from thence as they see Cause.
The Lord Ferrers, the Lord Conyers, the Lord Colepeper, and the Lord Butler, are added to the Committee for Privileges.
Row versus Sevior, in Error.
Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Row and Thomas Greene; shewing, "That they are Defendants in a Writ of
"Error, wherein Thomas Sevior, alias Savior, is Plaintiff;" as also upon reading the Petition of the said Thomas Sevior, alias Savior, shewing, "that having brought his Writ of Error into this House, and that a Day was prefixed for hearing the said Writ of Error argued; and that he served Dutton Seaman, the Defendants' Attorney, with a Copy of the Order of this House, wherein is declared, that Appeals and Writs of Error do stand in Statu quo from Parliament to Parliament, and that the said Dutton Seaman spake contemptuous Words of this House; notwithstanding which Service, the said Row and Greene have sued out a Scire facias against the Plaintiff's Bail;" and both the said Plaintiffs and Defendants praying a speedy Day for hearing the said Errors argued:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Dutton Seaman be, and is hereby, required to attend this House on Tuesday the Fifth Day of April next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and hereof he may not fail; on which Day this House doth appoint to hear Counsel at the Bar on both Sides, upon the said Writ of Error.
Collop versus Jeoffreys & al.
Upon reading the Petition of William Collop, Prisoner in The Fleete; shewing, "That the last Parliament he exhibited to your Lordships his humble Petition of Appeal, to which John Jeoffreyes Esquire, John Stevenson, James Metham, and Thomas Goston are Defendants, who have put in their Answer thereunto; and praying, that your Lordships will order, that he may be at Liberty to come abroad, upon a Habeas Corpus, to attend the Hearing of his Cause, and prays a short Day for that Purpose:"
Appellant to have Habeas Corpus, to attend his Suit.
It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Lord Chancellor be desired to grant so many Day Writs of Habeas Corpus as his Lordship shall think fit, to enable the said William Collop to attend the said Cause while it shall be depending in this House: And it is further ORDERED, That the said Cause shall be heard, by Counsel on both Parts, at the Bar of this House, upon the 14th Day next after the Service of this Order upon the said John Jeoffreys and the other Defendants.
Barret versus St. Leger.
Upon reading the Petition of John St. Leger Esquire; praying, "That the Lord Chancellor of Ireland may be directed to exemplify, under the Great Seal of Ireland, some Depositions taken (fn. 1) there in perpetuam Rei Memoriam, in the Cause between him and John Barret Esquire, depending in this House:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Petitioner John Barret, by his Solicitor or Counsel, do shew Cause Tomorrow, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, why the said Depositions should not be exemplified; whereof the said John St. Leger is to cause timely Notice to be given to the said John Barret, or his Sollicitor, for that Purpose.
Reading versus Commissioners of Sewers for Hatfeild Level, and More.
Upon reading the Petition of Nathaniell Reading; shewing, "That, in Pursuance of an Order of this House of the 20th of December last, enabling him to put in Execution an Agreement made between him and the Commissioners of Sewers for Hatfield Levell, wherein there was Arrears due to him upon the Lands of John Bradborne deceased; and that, upon the Refusal thereof, he distrained several Horses of Henry More, Tenant to John Bradborne; and complaining of the riotous Behaviour of him, the said Henry More (as amongst other Things in his Petition is suggested):"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Order of this House of the 20th of December last, for confirming the said Agreement, be, and is hereby, confirmed, so that he may be enabled to put the said Agreement in Execution; and that he be assisted and paid by the said Commissioners, unless any Cause shall be shewed to this House to the contrary, within One Month after the Date of this Order, by the Commissioners of Sewers, or the said Henry More, or the other Parties complained of in the Petition of the said Nathaniell Reading; to whom the said Nathaniell Reading is to cause timely Notice to be given for that Purpose.
