Upon reading the Petition of Hugh Vaughan and John Vaughan, Respondents, to the Appeal of Warwick Bampfield Esquire, depending in this House; praying, "That a Day of Hearing may be appointed, for determining the Matter of the said Appeal:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, at the Bar, upon the said Appeal and the Answer of the said Respondents, on Tuesday the 21th Day of this Instant December, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Respondents are to cause timely Notice to be given to the said Warwick Bampfield for that Purpose.

Grosvenor versus Cartwright.
Upon hearing Counsel this Day at the Bar, upon the Petition and Appeal of Fulke Grosvener Esquire and Mary his Wife, and Dorothy Cartwright an Infant (by the said Fulke Grosvenor and his Wife, her Guardians), Children of William Cartwright, Son and Heir of John Cartwright, late of Aynhoe, Esquire, deceased, from a Decree and Dismission and several Orders of the Court of Chancery, in a Cause there depending, between the said Appellants Plaintiffs, and Ursula Cartwright Widow and her Children, Defendants; as also upon the Answer of the said Ursula Cartwright and her Children, put in thereunto:
After due Consideration had of what was offered on either Side thereupon, it is ORDERED and Adjudged, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Decree, and other Proceedings of the Court of Chancery had in the said Cause, be, and are hereby, confirmed; and the said Appeal of Fulke Grosvenor and his Wife, and Dorothy Cartwright, be dismissed this House.
Lady Grey versus Ld. Petre, Privilege.
Upon reading the Petition of Katherine Lady Grey of Warke, Dowager; shewing, "That William Lord Petre, Baron of Writtle, being indebted to her, by Bond under his Hand and Seal, in the Sum of Five Hundred Pounds Principal Money; and, having denied the said Bond to be his Deed, refuseth to answer her Bill in Chancery to prove the same, insisting upon his Privilege of Peerage; and therefore praying, That she may have Leave to proceed against him in Chancery, the said Privilege notwithstanding:"

Upon Complaint made to this House, "That, on or about the Eight Day of July last past, being within the Time of Privilege of Parliament, Mr. John Blow, being assisted by John his Servant, Merrick Nichols, Thomas Williams, Edward Evans, John Bently, Porters, and others, did seize on the Horses of Richard Earl of Thannet, a Peer of this Realm, in Violation of the said Privilege:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said John Blow, John his Servant, Merrick Nichols, Thomas Williams, Edward Evans, and John Bently, be, and they are hereby, required to appear at the Bar of this House, on Monday the 13th Day of December Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, to answer to the said Complaint; and hereof they may not fail.
Strickland versus Coker.
Upon reading the Petition of John Strickland, and Thomas Greene and Mary his Wife, being an Appeal from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery in Two Causes; one, wherein Robert Coker Esquire, was Plaintiff; and the other, wherein the Appellants were Plaintiffs, against the said Robert Coker Defendant, concerning the Payment of a very great Sum of Money by the said Appellants, and other Matters in the said Appeal suggested; and praying, "That the said Robert Coker may answer thereunto:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Robert Coker be, and is hereby, required to put in his Answer to the said Appeal in Writing, on Friday the 24th Day of this Instant December, by Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; whereof the said Appellants are to cause timely Notice to be given to the said Robert Coker for that Purpose.
