Bill to prevent Minors clandestine Marriages.

ORDERED, That on Thursday next the House be put into a Committee, to consider the Bill disabling Minors to marry without the Consent of their Fathers and Guardians, and against their untimely marrying after the Decease of their Fathers; and such Civilians to be heard that desire it.

Butter and Cheese Bill.

Kelshall Parish Bill.

To recover Debts of Executors, &c. Bill.

Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable Creditors to recover their Debts of the Executors and Administrators of the Executors in their own Wrong."

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to the same Committee which the Bill for uniting the Churches of Beaumont and Mose is.

Limiting Time for bringing in Appeals.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That on Monday the 10th Day of this Instant June, this House will take into Consideration the limiting the Time of bringing Appeals from inferior Courts into this House.

Starr versus Sherwill.

Whereas this Day was appointed to hear Counsel, at the Bar, on both Parts, in the Cause depending between Robert Starr and Thomas Sherwill, the said Thomas Sherwill appeared by Counsel; but the said Robert Starr, appearing without Counsel, prayed, "That this House would be pleased to appoint him another Day for hearing the said Cause; and that Mr. Hutchins and Mr. Rawlinson may be assigned to be of Counsel for him in the said Cause:"

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear the said Cause, by Counsel on both Sides, on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon; and that the said Robert Starr shall, before the said Hearing, pay Forty Shillings for Costs, to the said Thomas Sherwill, for his Attendance with Counsel this Day: And it is further Ordered, That Mr. Hutchins and Mr. Rawlinson be, and are hereby, assigned to be of Counsel for the said Robert Starr, at the said Hearing on Saturday next, and such other Times as this House shall appoint.

Darrell versus Whitchcot.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will read the Replication of Marmaduke Darrell Esquire, to the Answer of Sir Paul Whitchcot Baronet, put in to the Petition of the said Marmaduke Darrell depending in this House, on Friday next, being the 7th Day of this Instant June; before which Time, the said Sir Paul Whichcot may put in a Rejoinder to the said Replication, if he think fit.

Tomkins versus Pooley.

Upon reading the Petition of Thomas Tompkins and Sarah his Wife; complaining, "That Cicilia Pooley is privileged against their due Proceedings against her at Law, by absconding herself in Privileged Places, and in particular in The Old Spring Garden, within the Verge of His Majesty's Palace; and praying that this House would not suffer her to take Sanctuary in His Majesty's Palace:"

After Consideration had of the Nature of the said Petition, it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition of Thomas Tompkins and Sarah his Wife be rejected.

Isaac versus Davy & al.

Upon reading the Petition of Nicholas Isaac; praying, "That a Day may be appointed, for hearing the Cause upon his Petition and Appeal depending in this House, to which William Davy, Gilbert Davy, and Agnes Magent, have put in an Answer as Defendants:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, at the Bar, on both Parts, in the said Cause, within One Week next after Notice given them of this Order, by the Service thereof upon them the said William and Gilbert Davy, and Agnes Magent, for that Purpose.

Lady Zouch versus Nayler.

Upon reading the Petition of Dame Katherine Zouch; shewing, "That she hath a Petition and Plea depending, against a Decree and Sequestration prosecuted in Chancery; and that Sarah Nayler, complained of, hath not answered thereunto as she was required; and therefore prays, that the said Sarah Nayler may put in her Answer, or that the Sequestration complained of may be taken off:"

It is thereupon ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That an Account be given to this House To morrow Morning, what hath been done in this House concerning this Case of the said Dame Katherine Zouch.

Sir Trevor Williams' Bill.

The Lord Privy Seal reported, "That the Committee have considered the Bill concerning the settling the Estate of Sir Trevor Williams, and have made some Alterations therein."

Which were read Twice, and Agreed to.

It is ORDERED, That the said Bill, with these Amendments, be engrossed.
