The Proviso to the Lord Maynard's Bill, brought up Yesterday from the House of Commons, was read Thrice, and Agreed to.
Awbrey's Bill.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable Herbert Awbrey and his Trustees to sell Land, for Payment of Debts."
Geery's Bill.
Hodie 1 vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for settling certain Lands belonging to William Geery, of Bushmeade, in the County of Bedford, Esquire, upon Trustees, to be sold, for the Payment of Debts."
Allhallows, in North'ton, Bill.
Hodie 1 vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for settling a Maintenance on the Vicar of Allhallowes, in the Town of North'ton."
L. Morley's Bill.
The Earl of Aylesbury reported, "That the Committee have considered the Bill concerning the Lord Morley; and think it fit to be engrossed, with some few Amendments."
Which, being read Twice, were Agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed accordingly.
Bill against incestuous Marriages.

The Question being put, "Whether there shall be an Amendment made at the Table to the Title of this Bill?"
It was Resolved in the Negative.

L. Kilmorey's Bill.
Hodie 1a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for the Payment of the Debts of Charles late Lord Viscount Kilmorey, and for raising of Portions for Byron Nedham and Charles Nedham, Two of his Younger Sons."
Message to H. C. with the Bill to prevent incestuous Marriages; and that the Lords agree to L. Maynard's.
A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir William Beversham and Sir John Francklyn:
To deliver the Bill to prevent incestuous Marriages, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.
2. To signify to them, that the Lords have agreed to the Proviso added by them to the Lord Maynard's Bill.
L. Leigh's Bill.

ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to that Committee which is appointed to examine and enquire after the Authors of Libels.
ORDERED, That on Wednesday Morning next the House shall be put into a Committee, to consider of the Bill for the better Observation of the Lord'sday.
