Mr. Moore beginneth the Dispute of the Bill of Clothing, which was deferred the last Day. -

Sanctuary.

Sir John Crook and Mr. D. Hone bring from the Lords a Bill, intituled, Concerning Sanctuary.

Mr. Hoskins maketh Report of the Conference touching the Transportation of Beer.

The Conclusion, after the Defence, to leave it to the Lords parliamental Power.

Lord Cobham's Attainder.

Sir H. Mountague bringeth from the Committee, the Bill for Confirmation of the Attainder of the Lord Cobham, without any Amendment.

Sir Wm. Stroud sheweth, that all Parties did consent, upon the Offer of Mr. Brook to confirm the Intail in some Manors.

Their Consent doubted; therefore Sir Calisthenes and Sir John Brook appointed to attend the House Tomorrow, to satisfy the House.
