Continuance of Act, Three Years, &c.
This Act repealed as to the Breadth of the Tyre of Waggon and Cart Wheels by 22 Car. II. c. 12. § 3. and by 30 Car. II. c. 5. as to the Words "for Hire" which occur in Section 8. of this Act, and the Rest of this Act is expired.—But note, 22 Car. II. c. 12. so far as relates to the Power to make Assessments for repairing Highways, is repealed by 7 G. III. c. 42. § 57.
