III.c. 38. § 1.and see § 20.of that Act. 5,000 Pounds Weight of Worstead or Woollen Yarn may be exported annually from the Port of London to Lower Canada, by Order of the King in Council, 47G. III. Sess. 1.c. 9. and 20,000 Pounds Weight, 52G. III. c. 55. § 2.
