Benefit of Clergy

Any Person convicted of robbing any other Person, or robbing in a Dwelling House, any other Person being therein and put in fear, or robbing any Dwelling House in the Day-time, any Person being therein, or aiding, &c. shall lose his Clergy.	3 W. & M. c. 9. §1.1.	311
The like as to breaking any Dwelling House or Shop, &c. used therewith, in the Day-time, and taking to the Value of 5s. or upwards, although no Person shall be there.	Ib.	Ib.
