Chapel at Hampton Court 1703–1837

The chaplain at Hampton Court was appointed by the lord chamberlain. (fn. 1) At the end of the eighteenth century his salary was £40 per annum. (fn. 2) The organist was established in 1831 at £50. (fn. 3)
