MR. Parkhurst, from the Commissioners of Prizes, according to Order, presented to the House an Account of what Ships have been taken since the War; how disposed of; and how the Proceed of such Ships, and Goods, has been applied.

And the Title thereof was read.

Ordered, That the said Account do lie upon the Table, to be perused by the Members of the House.

The same is contained in a Book by itself.

Russian Trade.

Ordered, That Leave be given to bring in a Bill for enlarging the Russia Trade: And that Sir Thomas Davall, Mr. Blofeld, and Sir George Hungerford, do prepare, and bring in, the Bill.

Button-making.

A Bill to prevent the making and selling Buttons made of Cloth, Serge, Drugget, or other Stuffs, was read a Second time.

Resolved, That the Bill be committed to Sir Francis Windham, Sir Edward Hungerford, Mr. Heveningham, Sir Barth. Shower, Sir John Bolles, Sir Jacob Ashley, Sir Jos. Jekyll, Sir Wm. Cook, Sir Tho. Wagstaff, Mr. Boscawen, Sir Rich. Onslow, Mr. Shackerley, Mr. Bolter, Sir John Phillips, Mr. Stonehouse, Mr. Howard, Mr. Yates, Mr. Guy, Mr. Mountstevens, Mr. Perry, Mr. Brotherton, Sir Richard Farrington, Mr. Leigh, Mr. Nicholson, Mr. Cooper, Mr. Miller, Mr. Lowndes, Mr. Vernon, Mr. Lowther, Sir Wm. Villers, Mr. Bare, Mr. Harvey, Sir Richard Cox, Mr. Molyneux, Sir Cha. Carteret, Mr. Harley, Mr. England, Sir Edward Blackett, Mr. Rowney, Mr. Blisse, Mr. York; and all that serve for the Counties of Dorset, Chester, and Somerset: And they are to meet this Afternoon at Five a Clock, in the Speaker's Chambers.

Privilege.

A Complaint being made to the House, That Robert Jones, David Thomas, William Reynolds, and others, had entered upon several Lands and Tenements, in the County of Monmouth, the Estate of Sir John Williams Baronet, a Member of this House; and taken away the Tenants Cattle from off the same; in Breach of the Privilege of this House;

Ordered, That it be referred to the Committee of Privileges and Elections, to examine the Matter of the said Complaint; and to report the same, with their Opinion therein, to the House.

Lepell's Nat.

An ingrossed Bill for naturalizing Nicholas Lepell was read the Third time.

Resolved, That the Bill do pass: And that the Title be, An Act for naturalizing Nicholas Lepell.

Ordered, That Sir Edward Hussey do carry the Bill to the Lords, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.

Supply.

The House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider of the Motion, made on Saturday last, for a Supply to be granted to his Majesty.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

The House being informed, That there was a Difference in the Committee who should take the Chair;

Ordered, That Mr. Cowper do take the Chair of the said Committee.

Then the House resolved itself into the said Committee.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Cowper took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Cowper reported from the said Committee, That they had come to a Resolution; which they had directed him to report, when the House will please to receive the same.

Ordered, That the Report be made To-morrow Morning.

Leave of Absence.

The House being informed, That Mr. How, upon Notice of his Lady's sudden Death, is gone into the Country; and that he desires he may stay there some time, to settle his Affairs.

Ordered, That Mr. How have Leave to stay in the Country, to settle his Affairs.

Preventing Export of Corn, &c.

Ordered, That it be an Instruction to the Committee of the whole House, to whom the Bill to prohibit the Exportation of Corn, Meal, and Bread, for One Year, is committed, That they have Power to receive a Clause, if they think fit, to prevent the Forestalling of Markets.

Ditto.

Then the House, according to the Order of the Day, resolved itself into a Committee of the whole House, to consider further of the said Bill.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Heveningham took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Heveningham reported from the said Committee, That they had gone through the Bill, and made several Amendments thereunto; which they had directed him to report, when the House will please to receive the same.

Ordered, That the Report be made To-morrow Morning.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight a Clock.
