Clause C: That, after the 2d of Febr. 1695. until the next Session of Parliament, any Person may export any coined Money of this Realm, upon entering the same as Merchandize: But that, during the said Time, no other Gold or Silver shall be exported, upon Pain, that the Exporter shall forfeit as Persons that export any English Money.

A Member makes his Election.

Sir Joseph Williamson, being elected to serve in this present Parliament for the City of Rochester, and also a Burgess for the Borough of Thetford, in the County of Norfolke; made his Election to serve for the City of Rochester.

Answer to Address.

Mr. Secretary Trumball acquainted the House, That their Address having been presented to his Majesty, That he would please to issue his Royal Proclamation, to require the Receivers and Collectors of his Aids and Revenues to receive clipped Half-crowns, and other clipped Money, being Sterling Silver, according to his late Proclamation, his Majesty had given Order for issuing his Proclamation accordingly.

And then the House adjourned till Monday Morning, Nine a Clock.
